Sorry but we are not in NYC yet - we have seen more traction in other states. If you go to the homepage there is a map where you can see where we have shelters with dogs uploaded. Obviously we are working very hard to increase the number - but this is early days so you may have to be a little patient. We will keep you informed as more shelters sign up.

Hey! Sorry to hear you are having this issue. Please make sure you enter information into every field and do not have any text apart from a number in the age field. Then try again. Please let us know if this doesn't work

Hi Suzanne!
First you need to use the search tool to see if there are dogs in your area, if there are dogs just click the dog in the search results and go to it's page. On the right you will see the date and time options, just select a date and time then press request walk.
The shelter will get your request and approve it, you will then get a message to confirm and then you turn up on the day for your walk!
